• Customer Service Representatives - CSR's greet and assist customers with renting and returning vehicles and sell Budget programs & services to pre-booked and prospective customers at the counter or by phone, following established procedures and sales techniques to perform duties and provide services which reflect the Budget Values.
• Vehicle Service Representative - The VSR position cleans, services and prepares vehicles for rental according to established company standards and to meet fleet mix requirements. The position also identifies and reports any damage to vehicles.

Reservations

Our customers often start their rental journey with our Reservations Agents. When recruiting for new staff into the Reservations team, Budget looks for candidates who are able to offer their customer service focus and flexibility. It is essential that candidates have excellent communication skills, professional telephone etiquette and the ability to make decisions under pressure. A strong customer service background is required and you must be a team player with a great attitude.

Budget Reservations is open 365 days per year, 0730 to 2030 Monday to Friday and from 0800 to 1730 Saturday and 0830 to 1630 on Sundays. Thorough training is provided to all new consultants.
