Location Information
Fastbreak Service
Outside the baggage claim area, proceed to the courtesy bus pick-up area. At the car rental facility, proceed to the Budget counter Fastbreak line/or normal line if no Fastbreak line designation/or follow directions to the Fastbreak Kiosk. Present identification and receive your rental agreement. The counter representative will provide the keys & directions to the car.
FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget Fastbreak return box. A closed rental agreement will be mailed to you within 48 hours.
General Directions
COUNTER: From the arrival gate, take the escalator or elevator to the lower level. Proceed outside to the island. Take car rental shuttle bus (common bus) to the Ground Transportation Center.
CARS: Walk through double glass doors in the Ground Transportation Center. Proceed outside to the rental car parking stalls. Follow the Budget signs.
RETURNS: From I-10 (east or west), exit at Haven Ave & go south. Turn right on Airport Dr. & left onto Rental Car Rd. Proceed to the Ground Transportation Center, which is on the corner of Airport Dr & Haven Ave.
AFTER-HOURS RETURNS:
FROM 4:30 AM TO MIDNIGHT: If an agent is not available, place the completed contract & the keys in the key drop box.
FROM MIDNIGHT TO 4:30 AM: Budget is closed, so take the keys to the security guard. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
After-hours Returns
Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the Drop Box located in the Returns area. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
