The Budget Car Rental at Tri-Cities Airport (PSC) is located on airport property and is open until 11:30 pm every day except Saturday, Browse through our selection of Tri-Cities airport rental cars, choose the PSC car rental that’s right for you, and be on your way almost as soon as you land. The Tri-Cities are built at the meeting point of the Columbian, Snake and Yakima rivers. There is an extensive network of paved hiking and cycling trails through the cities and along the rivers. Park your Budget rental car in any of these areas and enjoy some fresh air with the whole family.

History buffs will recognize the Tri-Cities for the Hanford site. About half the size of Rhode Island, Hanford is where plutonium was produced and separated for its eventual use in nuclear weapons. Public tours of the B Reactor—added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1992—are offered on specific dates in the spring, summer and fall of every year.

Fastbreak Service
Proceed to the Budget counter Fastbreak line/or normal line if no Fastbreak line designation/or follow directions to the Fastbreak Kiosk. Present identification and receive your rental agreement. The counter representative will give the customer the keys & directions to their car.
FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget Fastbreak return box. A closed rental agreement will be mailed to you within 48 hours.
General Directions
COUNTER: Located inside the airport terminal near the baggage claim area.
CARS: Located outside the terminal, approx. 300-500 ft.
RETURNS: Same as pick-up.
AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. Customer must drop keys and contract in the key drop box located on the rental counter inside the terminal. The terminal is open 24 hours.
After-hours Returns
Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the Drop Box located in the Returns area. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
