It’s easy to update your account information online any time!

To ensure you’re not delayed at the Budget counter during your next rental please update your profile now. You can manage all your profile information online and all you need to do is login to access your account.

With just your RapidRez number and password, Australia residents may manage your RapidRez or Fastbreak service information online. For all other countries, please check the information on Global website.

  • View your past rentals and invoice history
  • View-Change-Cancel your upcoming reservation
  • View your cancelled & missed reservation history

*All changes are processed immediately, with the exception of preferred coverages (LDW, SLI, etc.) for Fastbreak profiles which will take ten business days. All changes apply to future reservations only. Existing reservations will not be affected.

Are you an offline RapidRez or Fastbreak member? You can create your password on the website, simply click here to register your password.

Alternatively, call our customer service on 1800 150 278 to request an update form. Include your Fastbreak RapidRez #, and only make the changes you require in the from.
