Please note that an off-airport Budget location cannot pick you up at an airport that has a Budget location. In this case, either you must rent your car at the airport location, or provide your own transportation to the off-airport location where you prefer to rent

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)
Customer is liable for the full value of the Budget vehicle if Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is not taken. If LDW is purchased, the renter's liability is reduced to USD 1,000.00. Renter must pay an additional 10% of the insured value of the vehicle, any loss/damage in excess not covered by the insurance policy.
Credit Card Policies
1) Payment terms:
- Full amount in rental contract must be made at the beginning of rental period
- All payment shall be made by cash, credit card, or bank transfer. American express card is not accepted
- For payment via bank transfer, the hirer responses for all the bank charges via bank transfer. AVR shall recieve the full amount of the reservation.
- All payment in all cases is not refundable.
2) Prepaid terms:
- Prepaid shall be made by cash, credit card, or bank transfer. American express card is not accepted

3) Deposit terms:
- The deposit is to cure any breach of this agreement. Security deposit shall be made by credit card or in cash. American express card is not accepted. Security deposit by credit card shall be released within 20 working days after check-in date.
- The deposit fee is based on insurance coverage package selection
- Monthly rental deposit equal to amount of one-month rental.

Drivers License
International driving permit 1949 and valid local driving license, or valid Cambodian driving license are accepted.
Car group M and K are not allowed for self-drive.

Public Liability and Property Damage
Public liability insurance is with in accordance of the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance at the time of rental.
Additional Driver Policy
Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the primary driver. Additional Driver fees USD 10.00 per day.
Age Requirements
Minimum age 25, Maximum age 65.
Drivers from 20-24 young driver fee of USD 25.00 per person per rental.
