AIRLINE PASSENGERS
After crossing the skywalk bridge to the U.S. side, proceed to the Budget counter in the Arrival Terminal. Show your driver's license to receive your preprinted rental document and keys. Rental cars are parked outside the Arrival Terminal.

LOCAL RENTERS
Proceed inside the Arrival Terminal to the Budget rental counter. Show your drivers license and identify yourself as a Fastbreak Renter to the Budget rental agent in order to receive your preprinted rental document and keys. Rental cars are parked outside the Arrival Terminal.
General Directions
Cross Border Xpress is an airport terminal in San Diego, California that is connected to the airport in Tijuana, Mexico by a skywalk bridge. Airline passengers arriving at or departing from the Tijuana Intl Airport can use the skywalk bridge to cross the border.

COUNTER: **Airline Passengers** After crossing the skywalk bridge to the U.S. side, proceed to the Budget counter in the Arrival Terminal.
**Local Renters** The Cross Border Xpress terminal is located on Otay Pacific Dr which is south of Siempre Viva Rd between Brittania Blvd & La Media Rd. Proceed inside the Arrival Terminal to locate the Budget counter.
CARS: Rental cars are parked outside the Arrival Terminal.
RETURNS: Same as pick-up.
After-hours Returns
Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.

NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available:

Drop Box Available: If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages or theft of the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.

Drop Box NOT Available: If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock or leave the keys inside the car. The customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages to or theft of the vehicle and locksmith fees if they choose to lock the keys in the car). The customer can either choose to return the car the next day the location is open OR change the Drop Off Location to the nearest Regional Airport. Customer is responsible for all charges related to the drop-off modification.
