Pick-up service policies (hours of availability, allowable pick-up distance, etc.) vary by location so it's important that you call the location and make arrangements for pick-up at least 24 hours before your desired rental time. When you call the location, be ready to provide all applicable information including precise address, exact time of pick up, and a phone number where you can be reached at that time.
Please note that an off-airport Budget location cannot pick you up at an airport that has a Budget location. In this case, either you must rent your car at the airport location, or provide your own transportation to the off-airport location where you prefer to rent
COUNTER: The parking garage for the International Market Place is actually on Kuhio Ave next to Target. Budget is directly across from Target.
FROM KALAKAUA AVE: Keep left at the fork of Kuhio Ave & Kalakaua Ave, taking Kuhio Ave to the Walina St intersection. The entrance to the parking garage is on the right, adjacent to Target.
FROM KAPAHULU AVE: Proceed to Ala Wai Blvd and continue to Walina St. Turn left and continue through the intersection at Kuhio Ave directly into the parking garage.
CARS: On-site.
RETURNS: Same as pick-up
When returning after hours, park and lock the vehicle and remove all your belongings before leaving.

- Return date

- Return mileage
- Fuel level
- Include the parking ticket received upon entering the garage.
2. Take the keys, contract, and parking ticket to the after-hour drop box.

What Happens Next:
- The vehicle is officially checked in when the location reopens the next business day.
