New Address directions change Effective 01SEP26:
After collecting luggage proceed through the enclosed passenger walkway which will lead to the Consolidated Rent-A-Car Center (ConRAC) then proceed to Fastbreak counter located in the garage on the 5th floor. Find Customer name on monitor & proceed to designated vehicle area. Choose vehicle & proceed to exit booth, then present drivers license & hang tag to Budget agent.
Previous directions Effective before 01SEP26:
Proceed to the Budget counter Fastbreak line/or normal line if no Fastbreak line designation/or follow directions to the Fastbreak Kiosk. Present identification and receive your rental agreement. The counter representative will give the customer the keys & directions to their car.
FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget Fastbreak return box. A closed rental agreement will be mailed to you within 48 hours.
General Directions
Address change Effective 01SEP26:
The office is moving into the Consolidated Rent-A-Car Center (ConRAC).
COUNTER: After collecting luggage proceed through the enclosed passenger walkway which will lead to the ConRAC facility, then proceed to the Budget counter.
CARS: Vehicles are located in the garage on the 6th floor.
RETURNS: Follow airport signage past the main terminal area and turn onto W. Rickenbacker Street, which leads to the ConRAC facility then proceed to the Budget rental car return area located on the 6th floor of the garage.
Previous Address Effective before 01SEP26: 3201 Airport Way - Ste 190, Boise, ID 83705. The counter is currently located in the baggage claim area, and the vehicles are located outside.
After-hours Returns
New After-Hours directions change Effective 01SEP26:
Park & lock the car in the garage on the 6th floor and leave the keys in the vehicle. The terminal is open 24 hours. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
Previous After-Hours directions Effective before 01SEP26:
Park & lock vehicle. Place keys & completed contract in the gray drop box located at the end of the rental counter inside the airport terminal. The terminal is open 24 hours.
