The town of New Windsor in the Hudson Valley is just an hour away from New York City and has many wonderful attractions. Travelers arriving at Stewart International Airport (SWF) can head straight to the Budget Car Rental counter located on airport grounds to choose one of our New Windsor airport car rentals.

Once you have selected a vehicle from our line of Stewart International Airport rental cars, you can drive directly to the city or stick around to see some of the local attractions, like the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor in Vails Gate on the New Windsor Cantonment property. This museum recently opened with the purpose of celebrating Purple Heart honorees, and the whole family will enjoy the costumed commentators and exhibitions here.

For a bit of rest and relaxation, drive your SWF car rental out to the Storm King Art Center where open air trams provide peaceful rides through the United States’s largest outdoor sculpture park. Life-sized modern sculptures can be observed from every angle here as you travel through the magnificently manicured grounds.

Fastbreak Service
Proceed to the Budget counter Fastbreak line/or normal line if no Fastbreak line designation/or follow directions to the Fastbreak Kiosk. Present identification and receive your rental agreement. The counter representative will give the customer the keys & directions to their car.
FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget Fastbreak return box. A closed rental agreement will be mailed to you within 48 hours.
General Directions
COUNTER: **Airline Passengers** Located in the baggage claim area of the terminal.
**Local Renters** Airport is located at 1st Street & Park Ave across from the county park. Upon reaching airport, proceed directly to the airport terminal. The counter is located inside terminal by baggage claim.
CARS: On-site.
RETURNS: Same as pick-up.
AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Not available.
DRIVERS CIRCLE - FASTBREAK COUNTER
When you arrive, go to the Budget Fastbreak counter in the baggage claim area. The manager or key person will have your contract ready and personally escort you to your vehicle.
Valet Return: If offered, you will be told about our service as you are escorted to your car.
